INTRODUCTION Speed & Vertical PROGRAM
Program Description:
This Monthly Supscription program is designed to create the most explosive and powerful athletes possible regardless of sport. This program lays the athletic foundation necessary for peak athletic development. Specifically research to maximize the athletic potential of each client- our program will ensure you become the “athlete everyone is talking about”.
Program Cost: $35 PER SESSION (You are selecting 2x OR 3x a week)
Session Length: 1 Hour Sessions
Program Times: Monday-Thursday (4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm, 6pm-7pm, 7pm-8pm)
NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED SESSIONS
Should you miss any session- we offer one make up session a week on Fridays 4pm-5pm.
One month notice is required before cancelling any subscription.
ALPHA Speed & Vertical PROGRAM
Program Description:
This Monthly Supscription program is designed to develop the best of the best in athletic achievement. The Alpha program incorporates all our Speed and Vertical programming as well as our upper body systems. Our Alpha program members consist of current and former NFL, CFL, AJHL, NAHL, WHL, NCAA, CJFL and USPORT athletes with many more to come.
Program Cost: $35 PER SESSION (You are selecting 4x a week)

Individual Punch Pass
$450 for 10 Sessions

For our athletes that are currently in season or requiring the maximum flexibility in training. Our punch pass program allows our athletes to buy sessions and use when their schedules allow.
FRIDAY NIGHT speed camps
Program Description:
Get Faster Today! This program is specifically designed to help athletes move in the most efficient manner possible. In this camp you will receive biomechanical teaching, resisted sprint training, sled push and pull work, and work on our world renowned power platforms all while monitored and taught by our Sports Performance expert.
Program Cost: $160 for 4 Friday Sessions
Session Length: 1 Hour Sessions
Program Times: FRIDAY 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Athletes will start by submitting video of their body in motion to our biomechanic speed coaches. Our program experts will analyze this film and provide a customized report which includes specific steps to enhance their performance. This includes corrective exercises and stretches. Increase in performance is guaranteed.
